Why it exists
A video site focused on Grenadian content, back when finding local videos online meant digging through YouTube search. Built with PHP, MySQL, and Smarty templates, and run as a live service — which meant real hosting, real uptime concerns, and real users pointing out what was broken.
What I learned
The difference between a project that runs on your laptop and a project that runs as a service with users: monitoring, backups, and a phone that might ring at any hour. Most of what I now consider basic operational hygiene came from running small services like this one.
